BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Before the Final P.U.D. can be recorded, the property must be rezoned to R-3 Zone or the Chattanooga Zoning Ordinance must be amended to permit P.U.D. development in RT-1 Zone. The zoning in note 1 should reflect the zoning at the time of recording. 2. Label the 10' drainage easement east of Blackwell Farm Road as such. 3. Add the surveyor's and engineer's seals. 4.
