                   A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT
                   DEVELOPMENT SUBMITTED FOR THE COUNCIL FIRE
                   TOWNHOMES, LOCATED IN THE COUNCIL FIRE
                   SUBDIVISION, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Final Planned Unit Development
       Plan submitted for The Council Fire Townhomes be and the same is
       hereby approved; said Plan is attached hereto and incorporated
       herein by reference.
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval shall be
       subject to the following conditions:
           
            	 1.   Before the Final P.U.D. can be recorded, the
                      property must be rezoned to R-3 Zone or the
                      Chattanooga Zoning Ordinance must be amended
                      to permit P.U.D. development in RT-1 Zone. 
                      The zoning in note 1 should reflect the zoning
                      at the time of recording.
           
            	 2.   Label the 10' drainage easement east of
                      Blackwell Farm Road as such.
            	     
            	 3.   Add the surveyor's and engineer's seals.
           
            	 4.   Label the center lines of roads as such.
           
            	 5.   Show the bearing and distance for the center
                      line of Bridgecreek Road.

            	 6.   Show curve data for the center line of
                      Blackwell Farm Road at Buildings 1, 4, and 15.
           
            	 7.   Show the existing fire hydrant at the
                      southwest corner of Blackwell Farm Road and
                      Bridgecreek Road.
           
            	 8.   Show the bearing for Blackwell Farm Road east
                      of Building 1.
           
            	 9.   Show widths of Golf Easements per Plat Book
                      54, page 69.
           
            	10.   Show an additional Golf Easement south of
                      Building 7 per Plat Book 54, Page 69.
           
            	11.   Label the 15 Sanitary Sewer Easement north of
                      Building 17 as such.
           
            	12.   Label Blackwell Farm Road south of Bridgecreek
                      Road as such.
           
            	13.   Change "Council Fire Subdivision" to "Council
                      Fire Townhomes".
           
            	14.   Show the name and corresponding deed book and
                      page number for the adjoining property owner.
           
            	15.   Show bearing and distance data for straight
                      segments of the Blackwell Farm Road center
